About Our Project

A Joint Effort

The Workplace Project is a joint effort, funded and supported by our strong network of cooperative partners. We are on a mission to promote happiness, equality and productivity in all workplaces. Human Capital Management is a constantly changing field, and we believe that it is our job as an organization to stay ahead of the curve.

Unlike expensive trade associations and professional groups, The Workplace Project is an entirely mission driven organization and 100% free to join! 

Our only requirement for membership is having a senior member of your leadership team “make the pledge that [your company] will promote and support a happy, healthy and productive workplace”.

To get started, simply reach out and get in contact with one of our workplace advocates, either on our website or at one of our many events.

Step 2:

Make the pledge

Next, your workplace advocate will put together a personalized welcome package, which will include a non-contractual pledge for a member of your senior team to sign. From there, you’re in!

Is there any cost or fee involved with joining?

No, there is no cost. Our only requirement is that a member of your senior leadership makes our pledge.

Am I able to attend workshops?

Yes, all members are invited to join all workshops. In fact, we will often offer to host workshops and events exclusively for your team at your own office. We also host a number of virtual workshops as well for you to attend.

How does the cost savings option work?
